The service

Trainer lets an athlete manage their timezone and units and record session logs with activity blocks, minutes and effort. The web app shows Today, Quick log, History and session log detail. There are no live plans or push notifications yet. Trainer takes no payment.

Clerk runs sign-in, including Google sign-in when you choose it. Keep your account secure and tell us if someone else gets in.

Trainer is a record, not medical advice or a training prescription. You decide what training is safe for you. Seek a qualified professional's advice when you need it.

The service comes as it is. We try to keep it running and your records safe, but promise no uptime or training result. Features may change or the service may stop.

Your content

Your training record stays yours. You give Trainer the right to store, show and process it only as needed to run the service for you, including backups. That right ends when you delete the content, apart from backups that expire after 14 days. You are responsible for what you enter and must have the right to enter it.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law or others' rights, reach accounts or records you are not authorized to access, get around security, overload the service, or pretend to be someone else.

Stopping and suspension

You can stop using Trainer at any time. To close your account and erase your data, email us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. When we can, we say why.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit, such as for harm done on purpose or injury to a person. Nothing takes away your mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

Beyond that, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from an inaccurate training record or a gap in this free service.

Law and disputes

Polish law governs these terms. Consumers may bring claims in the courts the law gives them, and mandatory consumer rules in their country still apply. Please write to us first so we can try to fix the problem.

Changes

When these terms change, the effective date above changes too. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using Trainer and ask us to erase your data.
